Introduction

Want to start your video sharing website with vBulletin forum, we have created a nice plugin for you. This plugin will let you users to fly between ClipBucket and vBulletin easily with single registration, login and logout service. This plugin will create bridge between ClipBucket and vBulletin users in which vBulletin is a Master Userbase and if you login from there, you will be logged in as ClipBucket automatically. Let you create your own channel etc.

• Vbulletin registration and login only
• Logout from anywhere will logout from both sides
• User levels ie Admin, Super Moderator and Registered user synchronization
• Vbulletin Profile Pic can be set as ClipBucket's Channel Pic
• Number of videos in vBulletin Profile Page
• Latest 4 videos of user in vBulletin Profile Page
• Link to videos and channel page of user in vBulletin Profile page

Limitations

• User cannot login from ClipBucket
• vBulletin user and ClipBucket's Channel profile details is not synched ( not required though)

Requirements

• ClipBucket 2.0.4 or greater
• vBulletin 4, haven't tested with vBulletin 3
• PHPShield as source will be encoded

Installation

• Download ClipBucket Plugin and Extract
• Note : database user or database itself must be same for both ClipBucket and vBulletin
• Upload plugin to clipbucket's plugin directory
• Go to admin panel and install
• Goto Vbulletin Bridge > Vbulletin Bridge Settings and Enter your details
• Now go to vBulletin admincp, go to products and plugin > Download/Upload > upload cb_hook.xml
• After Uploading, Go to Plugins & Products > Plugins > Edit "ClipBucket Hook"
• change "CLIPBUCKET_URL" accordingly
• Now go to Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Edit Template
• Edit Member Info Templates > MEMBERINFO
• Follow instructions in "vBulletin Template Editing.html"
